Payment & Registration Terms

• Registration Fee is Non-Refundable and must be paid along with a minimum of 15% Booking Confirmation Payment.
• Security Deposit (SD): The refund of the Security Deposit will be made within 90 days of the date of the exhibition.
• No EBD will be allowed for booking made after Mar. 15, 2026, and delayed payment and instalments.
• Delayed due payment attracts 10% additional one before any (excluding of) discount amount.
• All Discounts will be adjusted only in the final payment received on or before August 15, 2027.
• International Exhibitor: Payment schedule 50% along with booking and balance 50% before August 15, 2027.

Cancellation Policy

If Exhibitor cancels the space booked by them any time before October 15, 2027, cancellation charges shall be deducted as follows:

• On or before August 15, 2026: 25% of rental before discount
• On or before August 15, 2027: 50% of rental before discount
• On or before October 15, 2027: 75% of rental before discount
• After October 15, 2027: No refund of amount paid to exhibitor

Alteration

An Exhibitor can change their choice of booked space either Shell to Bare or Bare to Shell on extra charges on rental before discount.

Taxes

GST 18% Extra and other tax/duties as applicable at the time of final payment for Domestic Exhibitors, while International Exhibitors' taxes are included.

Final Decisions

Disputes, if any, will be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
