Originating in 1979, PLEXPOINDIA has transcended its initial role as the country's pioneer plastic exhibition to become an eminent global platform. From the maiden event in Ahmedabad to pioneering the virtual landscape in 2020, PLEXPOINDIA has consistently evolved, showcasing cutting-edge products, revolutionary technologies, and ingenious innovations. The journey spans landmark editions, including the monumental shift to Gandhinagar in 2013 and the Mumbai milestone in 2019. As we approach the Ninth Edition in December 2024 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Gujarat State Plastics Manufacturers Association (GSPMA) was established in 1970. This is one of largest apex body promoting development and growth of the plastic industry. With over 3500 members, it brings together all plastic manufacturers and processors in Gujarat.GSPMA is represented in all important central, state, and non-government bodies. With a vision to facilitate indian plastics industry globally, GSPMA has played a key role in establishing Plastindia Foundation in 1987 and serves as one of the founder promoters.
